Job Title: National Manager, Financial Institution Services
Location: Canada (Hybrid / Remote with travel, Preference will be given to applicants in British Columbia and Ontario)

The Opportunity
We are seeking a National Manager, Financial Institution Services to lead and grow our relationships with financial institution partners across Canada.
This a client-facing leadership role responsible for managing key partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, compliance, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management & Growth
- Serve as the primary relationship lead for financial institution partners (credit unions, banks, and other FIs)
- Develop and execute strategies to grow partner portfolios and increase transaction volumes
- Identify new partnership opportunities and support business development initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners on FX, payments, and market solutions
Client Experience & Delivery
- Ensure a high standard of service and responsiveness across all FI relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, finance) to support client needs
- Resolve complex client issues and escalate where appropriate
Compliance & Risk Alignment
- Maintain strong awareness of AML/KYC, FINTRAC, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure all partner activities align with internal compliance policies and risk frameworks
- Support onboarding and ongoing due diligence processes for FI clients
Strategic Leadership
- Provide insights to senior leadership on market trends, partner needs, and growth opportunities
- Contribute to product development and service enhancements based on partner feedback
- Mentor and support internal team members as the FI portfolio grows
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years experience in financial services, FX, payments, or banking
- Proven experience managing relationships with financial institutions or large enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of AML/KYC, compliance, and regulatory environments (FINTRAC knowledge is an asset)
- Demonstrated ability to grow and manage a national client portfolio
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter with a strong business development mindset

Job Overview
Payline FX is a licensed Money Services Business (MSB) committed to providing secure, efficient, and compliant payment solutions. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Payments Processor to join our team and help manage the daily flow of client transactions, ensure regulatory adherence, and support exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Review and reconcile previous day bank statements to ensure accuracy of transactions.
- Process internal wire transfers and batch payments in a timely and compliant manner.
- Handle client transfer requests with precision, following internal validation and due diligence procedures.
- Verify and validate wire details in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all activities adhere to FINTRAC regulations and the company’s compliance standards.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email regarding payment inquiries, transaction updates, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal departments to maintain smooth operation of payment workflows and identify areas for efficiency improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in a financial institution, payment processing, or MSB environment would be an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and client-focused demeanor.
- Understanding of banking terms, wire processes, and payment systems would be an asset
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online banking platforms.
Schedule & Hours
- 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday
- Hours – 6:00am to 2:00pm PST
Compensation
- $40,000.00 to $47,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
